Portrait shoot for the Bride and Groom
Formal posed photos of family and friends
Candid photos of the guests having fun
Fun photos with immediate wedding party (Fun / creative, with bridesmaids, groomsmen etc, This is separate to the formal posed shots)
Other Important Notes:
Anything with special significance? eg. bride wearing grandmothers ear rings, reason for a specific location, etc…
Or anything else that’s particularly important to you…
Formal posed photos after the ceremony
eg. • Couple with each set of parents • Couple with both sets of parents • Couple with both immediate families • Couple with ring bearer and flower girl • Groom with 3 brothers • Bride with Grandma that moved to Australia
Please take the above as examples.
I’d recommend that this list isn’t too extensive as it can be time consuming and add stress to your day, especially in hot weather. So don’t feel you need to make a huge list! This list of photos tends to be taken in one location where the family / guests trade places taking it in turns to join the bride and groom.
There will also be lots of opportunities during the day for photos with groups of friends that will be more fun and relaxed rather than formally posed.
You may want to add here shots of the couple with groomsmen / bridesmaids / wedding party, or you might prefer these to be less formal. eg. On the beach / by the pool / in the pool??? depending on the venue.
Wedding Day Schedule
I understand that things don’t always go to plan but this will help me structure my day.
Don’t worry if they’re not in the correct order, and they don’t all need to be completed if not relevant to the package you have me booked for.
The structure of each wedding can vary depending on the venue(s), transport if necessary, caterers deadlines etc. Some days allow for a lot of flexibility, especially if everything is at the same venue. If you have a specific time set aside for photos please include it in the last box together with any anything else that I should know about the timings. Add as much information as you like!
