An enquiry from a client does not guarantee a reserved date/time until a deposit has been paid to secure the booking/photo session.

The final processed images will be delivered not more than 60 days after the date of photoshoot.

The Photographer retains the right to choose which images are edited and delivered.

The clients accept that due to environmental circumstances -like rain, snow, clouds, lack of light, excessive or poor lighting conditions in the places or other circumstances, like delays by the Clients or other people, lack of time necessary to carry out the work due to these delays or influences of third parties such as the priest/celebrant, guests or others- can result in the final images delivered being different from those imagined and seen in other works.

The venues where the photographs are taken (houses, church, restaurant...) are the ones chosen by the clients. In case of any flaws or superficial details appearing on floors, ceilings, windows, or if any unpleasing elements exist, while the photographer will make every effort to omit these he/she shall not be liable if those are reflected in the image.

The Clients have a period of time of SEVEN days from the delivery of the work to express in writing, if such is the case, their disagreement regarding the work delivered. Once that time has been completed, the work will be understood as accepted.

Replacement of the photographer. If for any reason of force majeure (illness, accident ...) Tony Wilkinson cannot attend the agreed day, he may carry out the substitution by another associate, as long as the client consents this. If the client wishes, Tony Wilkinson will refund the entire amount of money received up to the moment.

Photographic style

The Clients accept the style of photography developed by Tony Wilkinson and declare to know and assume it. They recognise that it is a documentary, natural and photojournalist style, and accept the style shown at that given moment on the website tonywilkinsonphotography.com

Re-Touching

Unless previously agreed, and with the exception of creative lighting portraits, the delivered photos will be processed to be authentic to the day of the photoshoot and will reflect the genuine conditions with enhancements at the discretion of the photographer/processor.

Portrait sessions are priced to include a greater degree of re-touching and enhancements to each photo.

Weddings/events which will include a higher number of delivered images will have a limited number of images which receive extra enhancements, at the discretion of the photographer.

Once the images have been delivered a client may request a quote for any additional re-touchig they require.

Client Responsibilities

The Client agrees to arrive on time and prepared.

The Photographer is not responsible for missed shots due to lateness or non-cooperation.

The Client agrees to inform the Photographer of any specific shots or needs prior to the session.

The Photographer is not responsible for missed shots due to late arrivals, restricted access, uncooperative members of the group, or lack of coordination.

Cancellation and Rescheduling

If the Client cancels the session, the booking fee is non-refundable.

Rescheduling may be possible subject to availability and must be done at least 2 days in advance.

In the event of cancellation by the Photographer due to illness or emergency, all payments will be refunded or rescheduled.

Copyright and Usage

All images remain the copyright of the Photographer.

The Client receives a personal-use license unless otherwise specified.

Commercial use, resale, or editing of images is prohibited without written consent.

The clients authorise Tony Wilkinson to use the works exclusively for promotional purposes only, such as portfolio, website and social media, unless the Client explicitly opts out in writing. The commercialisation of such works without the express authorisation of The Clients is expressly prohibited.

Liability and Limitations

The Photographer is not liable for circumstances beyond their control (e.g., weather, equipment failure).

In the extremely unlikely event of total image loss or camera failure, liability is limited to a full refund.

The Photographer is not responsible for the quality of prints not ordered through them.

Model Release

The Client grants the Photographer permission to use images for promotional and portfolio purposes unless stated otherwise in writing. This includes social media, website, print, and online marketing.

Data Privacy

Personal information collected will be used solely for booking, communication, and image delivery.

The Photographer will not share personal data with third parties without consent.


By booking a session, the Client agrees to these Terms and Conditions.

Aclaración para Bodas y Eventos

Se aplican todos los términos y condiciones generales. Lo siguiente se agrega a lo anterior para aclarar los términos y condiciones para bodas y eventos.

Cancelación y reprogramación

En caso de suspensión de la celebración de la boda/evento, Tony Wilkinson no reembolsará el importe de la reserva bajo ninguna circunstancia, ya que reservar la fecha con antelación implica rechazar otros trabajos y la consiguiente pérdida de ingresos.

En caso de modificación de la fecha de la boda por causa mayor, Tony Wilkinson hará todo lo posible por adaptarla a la nueva fecha, sujeto a disponibilidad. El contrato se mantendrá con los mismos fines siempre que los clientes acuerden con Tony Wilkinson una fecha disponible. Si el fotógrafo no puede adaptarse a la nueva fecha, se perderá el anticipo.

Calendario y Cooperación

El Cliente se compromete a proporcionar un cronograma detallado y una lista de los momentos importantes al menos 14 días antes del evento.

El Cliente es responsable de obtener el permiso para fotografiar en todas las ubicaciones del evento.

El fotógrafo (Tony Wilkinson) no se responsabiliza por la falta de entrega de imágenes de personas específicas en el evento, a menos que se indique previamente por escrito o en el cuestionario enviado antes de la boda.

Entrega de Imágenes

Se puede entregar un adelanto o vista previa dentro de los 5 días posteriores al evento.

Las galerías completas editadas se entregarán aproximadamente 8 semanas después de la fecha de la boda. Las imágenes se entregarán digitalmente a través de una galería en línea con servicio de descarga. Existe la opción de solicitar álbumes de fotos adicionales e impresiones con un costo adicional directamente a la galería.

El fotógrafo se reserva el derecho de seleccionar las mejores imágenes para su edición y entrega. No se proporcionan archivos RAW sin editar.

Tony Wilkinson no se responsabiliza de la imposibilidad de entregar las fotografías esperadas debido a la intervención de invitados, personal o público durante el evento, ni de las limitaciones impuestas por los responsables del lugar elegido.


Copyright y uso

Todas las imágenes son propiedad del fotógrafo.

El cliente tiene una licencia de uso personal para compartir e imprimir imágenes.

El uso comercial (por ejemplo, para proveedores o publicaciones) requiere autorización por escrito.

El fotógrafo puede utilizar las imágenes para su portafolio, fines promocionales y de marketing, a menos que el cliente lo excluya por escrito antes del evento.


Comidas y descansos de los proveedores

Para eventos de más de 6 horas de duración, el cliente se compromete a proporcionar una comida a los proveedores y un tiempo de descanso razonable para el fotógrafo y sus asistentes.

Limitación de Responsabilidad

En el improbable caso de enfermedad, lesión u otra emergencia, el Fotógrafo se reserva el derecho de sustituir a un fotógrafo cualificado o emitir un reembolso completo.

El Fotógrafo no se responsabiliza de daños indirectos ni de la pérdida de imágenes debido a fallos técnicos, casos fortuitos o circunstancias ajenas a su control.

La responsabilidad se limita al importe pagado por los servicios.

Responsabilidades del Cliente

El Cliente designará una persona de contacto para ayudar al Fotógrafo a organizar las fotos grupales.

El Cliente se compromete a garantizar la cooperación de todos los participantes e invitados. En caso de que un invitado no coopere, el fotógrafo no se responsabiliza de la pérdida o alteración de imágenes.

Si el fotógrafo se siente amenazado de alguna manera por los participantes o invitados a un evento, el contrato se rescindirá de inmediato y no se realizarán reembolsos. Es lógico esperar que todos los invitados al evento estén dispuestos a ser fotografiados. Si alguno de ellos no desea ser fotografiado, el fotógrafo no se responsabiliza de las imágenes "esperadas" que no se tomen, ni de las imágenes que se vean afectadas o no estén disponibles debido a esto.
